and one access and a truck delivery entrance from Zeolite. The preliminary site plan for the <br />development of the buildings proposes an additional access on SunwOod and on Zeolite. The <br />Plmming Commission recommended approval of the additional access on Sunwood and denial of <br />the additional access at the corner of Zeolite and Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />There are some underlying drainage and utility easements from the original plat of Ramsey <br />Town Center that will have to be vacated as a part of this platting process. Because of the 'build- <br />to' intent in the Town Center, the City is not requiring the standard perimeter drainage and utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on July 12 and no verbal or written <br />comments were submitted. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and' City Staff reCommend preliminary plat approval of Ramsey <br />Town Center 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council grant preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town Center <br />3 rd Addition contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated July 9, 2004. <br /> <br />Review Chccidist: <br /> <br />Copies To: <br /> <br />Asst.
