Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council approve the preliminary site plan for the northwest retail <br />building in the proposed plat of Ramsey Town Center 3m Addition contingent upon the <br />following: a) compliance with City Staff Review Letter'dated July 22, 2004, except that there <br />may be adjustments to the placement of the additional 39 trees required in the Landscape Plan, as <br />well as possible phasing of plant installation; b) obtaining a variance to the floor area ratio <br />requirements on the proposed Lot 1, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; c) obtaining a variance <br />to the restriction of multiple main buildings on a lot; d) approval of the easterly right-in/right-ot)t <br />access onto-Sunwood Drive N.W.; e) elimination of the public access proposed at the comer Sf <br />Zeolite and Civic Center Drive; f) a satisfactory recommendation from the Planning <br />Commission on August 5 regarding the building elevations. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Asst.
