PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF IL~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, September 30, <br />1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter (arrived 8:07 p.m.) <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca (sworn in at 7:45 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Planner Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case ~8.A 1986/87 Insurance Renewal <br /> <br /> Case ~IS.A Proposal from Ironworks Development Corporation; case of <br /> Curt Kummala and Paul Fournier <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg and Cox. <br />Voting No: None.
