CASE ~3: <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION REGARDING ACTION PLANS <br />By: Anne L. Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall some time ago the City Administrator sent out <br />Action Plans that were based on the high priority needs <br />identified at the goal setting session of the Counc il and <br />Commissions in March of this year. These needs have been re- <br />viewed and in some cases combined with other needs. Action <br />plans for these high priority needs have been drafted. Due to <br />time considerations, these action plans must be reviewed and <br />reprioritized, if necessary. Also Commissionmembers must be <br />assigned to action teams working on the various needs. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed is a memo from the City <br />Administrator dated July 21 , 1 986 , with drafts of the Action <br />Plans. Park Commissionmembers need to be appointed to the Action <br />Teams for the following need: <br /> <br />-- Improved communication between all levels of <br /> City Government <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to assign a Park Commission member to serve <br />on the Action Team. <br /> <br /> <br />
