Cox inquired if this statement should be considered as just a conm~nt or if it
is a date the citizens count on.

Mayor Heitman stated that he believe the time frame indication should be
considered as oorm~ent only.

Councilmember COx referred to Page 25, Paragraphs 12 and 13 (motion regarding
street improvements in the River's Bend Project) and noted that one
councilmember voted 'no'; Councilm~r Cox inquired if the voting was
recorded correctly.

Councilmember Schlueter replied that the vote was recorded correctly.

Councilmember Cox inquired if it was correct that Councilmember Schlueter
voted 'no' on three other motions under Case 910 (Engineering) of these
minutes.

Councilmember Schlueter replied that she did vote 'no' and the minutes are
correct.

Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to
table approval of Dec~mber 11, 1984 Council minutes and that the Council
Secretary check her notes for a vote taken on the motion recorded on page 17
regarding deeding back of excess bridge property right-of-way.

Motion carried. City Attorney Goodrich stated that there was a 24 hour notice
regarding the special meeting being called.

Motion failed. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann and Sorteberg.
