BY CITY A~TORNEY <br /> <br />As you requested, a written review by the City Attorney <br />of Chapter 8 of the City Charter regarding public im- <br />provements and special assessments will be available at <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Cor~ission Action: Your action will be dependent on <br />what the City Attorney's review states and your dis- <br />cussion of the issue. <br /> <br />FILL JACK SCHNEIDER'S POSITION ON ~/~E COS~SSION <br /> <br />~ne Economic Development Commission currently has <br />two vacancies created by the resignation of Jack <br />Schneider and Arnie Cox. However, the City Charter <br />limits the composition of all commissions to nine <br />members (see Enclosure D2-a). Consequently, the City <br />Attorney recommended that only one position on the <br />Commission be filled. <br /> <br /> <br />
