FINANCIAL HEALTH PROFILE <br /> <br />Enclosed as D2-b is an economic vitality report <br />for Ramsey covering 1980 - 1983. ~his report is <br />issued by the Office of the State Auditor. An anal- <br />ysis of this report by Ramsey's Finance Department is <br />also attached. <br /> <br />Commission Action: No action is necessary on this <br />item. <br /> <br />INFORMATIONAL ITEM:_ UPDATE ON NORT~,.METRO TRAF, FIC <br /> <br />As you know, the North Metro Traffic Task Force was <br />created to research solutions and alternatives to <br />alleviate the traffic congestion in the northwestern <br />metropolitan area. As you know, much of the congestion <br />is due to inadequate river crossings. Enclosure D2-c <br />contains the work program and schedule for the Task <br />Force as adopted at its January 23, 1985 meeting. <br />For your information, also enclosed in D2-c is Resolu- <br />tion ~85-6 adopted by the Anoka County Board of Commis- <br />sioners regarding Federal funding for the completion of <br />County Road 116 including a Rtm~ River Crossing. ~he <br />City Council will be acting on this at its February 12, <br />1985 meeting. City Staff will keep you updated on the <br />activities and progress of the Task Force. <br /> <br />Commission Action: No action is necessary on this <br />item. <br /> <br /> <br />
