CRDC APPROVES PROJECTS <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Metro Moulded Parts, Inc. moved into its new facility Spring <br />of 1984. <br /> <br /> CRDC has given preliminary project approval to a <br />company for the construction of a $400,000 ten thousand <br />square foot warehouse-office facility in the Coon Rapids <br />Industrial Park, Highway 10 and Northdale Boulevard. <br /> <br />The company acts as a wholesaler for recreational <br /> with sales in 13 states and <br />supplies <br /> and <br /> equipment <br />service in the immediate five state area. <br /> <br /> CRDC has given final approval for an SBA 503 loan to <br />Food-N-Fuel, Inc. for the construction of a convenience <br />grocery store and gasoline service station at 121st and <br />University Avenue.
