Further, the following <br />corrections will be made to the Findings of Fact: (Please refer to findings <br />of fact file for Findings of Fact 0099). <br /> <br />1. Ail references to 'mobile home' in the Findings of Fact should be <br /> changed to 'temporary building'. <br /> <br />2. ~e distance of 1 mile stated in Item 5.c of the Findings of Fact <br /> should be changed to 100 yards <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Oox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve <br />of Mr. Allan Johnson's request for a conditional use permit to sell <br />automobiles in an I-l, Industrial District, and to utilize a temporary <br />building for temporary office space, contingent upon his entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. Further, the following correction shall <br />be made to the Conditional Use Agreement: <br /> <br />Ail references to 'mobile home' in the Conditional Use Agreement <br />shall be changed to 'temporary building'. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Jim Armstrong stated that Ramsey has the capability <br />to be another Edina, but not when Council keeps approving the construction of <br />tin buildings along }{wy. 10, portable bathroom facilities at places of <br />business and allowing junk yards to exist in the City. Mayor ]~eitman stated <br />that Item ~8 in the Agreement gives the City the right to inspect the property <br />should complaints oome in. Mr. Schnelle stated that the City does have a <br />zoning ordinance in place for enforcement purposes. Mr. Armstrong stated that <br />he has complained about a certain residence at Cty. Rd. 83 and 153rd with wood <br />piles and heavy equii~nent and Staff is reluctant to do anything about it. <br />Mayor ~eitman stated that the ordinances are there and the City is simply not <br />enforcing them. Mr. Schnelle stated that the City would have to hire a full <br />time person to make sure City ordinances are enforced fairly and totally. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, (buncilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
