(Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution %85-69). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember 0ox stated that he recalled the City <br />obtaining CI)BG funds 4 years ago to be used for t_be production of a brochure. <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that funds were designated to be used for a brochure but <br />those funds renain in reserve at the Oounty level until such time as the City <br />makes application for those funds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor 19eitman, Councilmenk~rs $orteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />F) ~uest For Preliminary And Final Plat A~aroval Of ~at~wav <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by 0ouncilmember Reimann to <br />approve the preliminary and final plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 3 <br />with variances for access onto a major highway and from providing soil borings <br />and topographic information. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />G) <br /> <br />R~l~at Fnr Preliminary Plat A~Droval Of O~W A~lditiOr~ Cane 0f .River's <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seoonded by Counci~r Reimann to approve <br />the preliminary plat for Oxbow Addition. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Heitman inquired if the density and pervious <br />surface issues have been resolved with DNR. Mr. Rick Foster replied that the <br />density and pervious surface issues have not as yet been resolved, but <br />platting is progressin9 in order that Food 'n' Fuel can obtain a certificate <br />of occupancy; Dot 2 will not be developed until the density and pervious <br />surface items are resolved with DNR. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
