Vot/ng No: None. <br /> <br />B) ~radino Probl~ At Azur{te .qtr~et NW And ~'m~nt~ Road <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he has contacted County Commissioner Baas and <br />she will be researching the history of this case; Councilmember Cox stated <br />that be feels the County has a greater responsibility in this case than what <br />they verbally agreed to previously. <br /> <br />Council oonsensus is to place this case on the next regular Council agenda. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Plat Of F]intwood ~ills S~ond Addition <br /> <br />City Staff stated that Mr. Norm Holm is requesting to be reimbursed for <br />M.S.A.S. right-of-way through Flintwood }{ills Second Addition because the <br />State Aid designation was the City's request; based on the payment paid to <br />Albin Peterson ($2,500 per acre), Mr. Holm's property would be valued at <br />$10,170. <br /> <br />Counci]3mamber Sorteberg stated that the difference between a State Aid and <br />normal city street right-of-way is 20 feet which means an additional 25% of <br />land area is required for M.S.A.S. right-of-way; Mr. Holm should be reimbursed <br />for that additional 25% of land area required which would amount to 25% of <br /> March 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 22 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
