I <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i$ <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />'i <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY CCIONCIL <br /> PtDL] C HEARING <br /> CIT~' OF RAMSEY <br /> A~OKA ODUI~Ff <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ra~;sey City Council oonducted a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 1985 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, ]5153 .%k~then Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Mi~uesota <br />regarding Sealooatin9 Improv~ent Project ~85-12, Sorteberg's First Addition. <br /> <br />Me~)e r s P~ esent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmenber Gary Reimann <br />Councilro~n~ber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilm~mher Jean Sch]ueter <br />Councilmember Arnie COx <br /> <br />A1 so Pr esent: <br /> <br />City Ad~,inistrator Llcyd Sc?melle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Director of Techrdcal Services Clayton Berg <br />Larry Koshak of Hakanson/Anderson Engineering <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman ca/led the public hearing to order at 9:18 p.m. <br /> <br />}~RESENTATION BY KNGINEER <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Koshak gave a slide presentation of Sealooating Improv~nent Project <br />~85-12 showing affected area and estimated total and per unit oosts. <br /> <br />Sheila gelazny - 7904 159th Lane - Irquired if the number of units to be <br />assessed is based on the number of driveways onto the road; questioned if one <br />particular parcel, with a lot of heavy equil~nent parked on it, is going to be <br />assessed. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg - Replied that the t~rcel in question is owned by Mr. A1 Sorteberg; <br />Mr. Sorteberg is not being for this project because his property fronts on <br />Variolite Street and the parcel in question is not a buildable lot because it <br />has not been subdivided. <br /> <br />Sbeila Zelazny - Stated that one parcel has a driveway onto Xenolith and <br />inquired if that property should reoeive an assessment. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg - Replied that this particular property fronts on 161st and will be <br />inc/uded in that projects sealooating assessments. <br /> <br />Sheila Zelazny - Inquired if a petition should oontain one or both signatures <br />from each household. <br /> <br />April 9, 1985 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
