Ordering Preparation Of Plans And ~ifications Pot Street Imp_rov~ments _In Ram~e_v Terrace, Project ~84-16 - Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. Motion by Councilm~amber Cox and seconded by Councilme~ber Reimann to adopt Resolution 1:85-73 ordering the preparation of plans and specs for Ramsey Terrace street improvements. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %85-73). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. B. Beceipt Of Petition Against Storm Drain Improv~nents In District t43, project t84-17 - Motion by Councilmaz~er Cox and seconded by Councilm~T~er Schlueter to receive the petition objecting to storm drain improvements in District t43 and direct City Staff to place said petition on file. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. C.
