Discussion Of City Cemeteries - Councilmember Cox stated that he has been approached by certain residents who are ooncerned with the status of c~meteries in Ramsey. Council and Staff consensus is that the cemetery issue does need sine research. Motion by coUncil~nber Sorteberg and seo~nded by Councilmc~uber Reir0ann directing Councilm~ber Cox to form and chair a C~etery Cc~Tdttee. :1 I i I I I Further Discussion: Council~nber Cox directed Council Secretary to see that the forming of the City C~etery Committee is advertised in the City Newsletter. Mayor Heitman amended the motion to include that the C~etery Committee should report back to Council within 6 months after formation. Councilm~nber Sorteberg seconded the amenc~ent to the motion. Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Counciln~m~bers Sorteberg, COx, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beit~an, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, ReiFann and Schlueter. Voting No: None.
