Case Of Mr. Lauren Wetterli~d - <br /> <br />Mr. Wetterlind was present. <br /> <br />Councilmeuber Cox noted that the subdivision proposes easements for the <br />extension of 159th; this would mean that these new parcels derived the benefit <br />from 159th without contributing tcwards it's construction.
