The EEC may wish to suggest certain develot~nent areas or corridors. These areas may be defined with respect to the location and/or availability of municipal services such as sewer and water. The EDC may wish to study this issue and make a recommendation to the City Council. Zoning maps of the City will be available at the meeting. CASE #3: DISCUSSION REGARDING LOCAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY Enclosed as (D2-b) is a draft of a letter explaining Ramsey's local develounent company and soliciting stock sales. This letter would be sent to those businesses which responded to your survey in Novemberr. The letter would be reworded and sent to those businesses that did not respond to your business and industry survey.
