INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> <br />1. Sealed bids will be accepted until Tuesday, April 18, 1985, <br />4:00 p.m. at the office of the City Administrator/Clerk, Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, 55303. <br /> <br />2. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope endorsed, BID FOR <br />PROMOTIONAL BROCHURE. <br /> <br />3. Bids shall be submitted on the Proposal Form provided by the <br />city. <br /> <br />4. Delivery date must be stated on the proposal and may be <br />considered in awarding the bid. <br /> <br />5. The City may award to the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />6. Bid security from the successful bidder shall be retained by <br /> the City until satisfactory delivery of the brochures is made. <br /> <br />7. ~he City reserves the right to reject any or all bids of <br />portions thereof and to waive any informalities. <br /> <br /> <br />
