Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmmbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Authorization To Purchase A Side Mounted Flail Mower For <br /> <br />Mr. Sohnelle stated that Council direction in this ~ on May 28 was to table <br />authorization for the purchase and for Mr. Mevissen to attempt to find a used <br />flail mower. Mr. Mevission has found one flail mower but it is a rear <br />attachment and the City's tractor requires a side attachment. <br /> <br />C~uncil unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by Counciln~mber Reimann to adep~ <br />Resolution S85-111 approving of Street Superintendent M~vissen's request to <br />purchase a side mounted flail m~er from Long Lake Ford for a total amount of <br />$7,860.00 based on his reoa%-m-~.r~ ~tion in his memo dated May 17, 1985. (Please <br />refer to resolution file for Resolution #85-111). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Counc/ln~m~ers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting NO: No~e. <br /> <br />Oouncilmember Re/mann stated that he believes the mower anount of $7,860.00 <br />includes $616 for transporting the tractor to Long Lake; Public Works <br />Department should be able to transport the tractor with their o~n equipment. <br /> <br />Motion by Counc~r Cox and seconded by Coun~r Sorteberg to deduct <br /> June 11, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 11 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
