Motion by Councilmenber Oox and seconded by Oo~cilmanber Sorteberg to adopt Resolution #85-115 authorizing the transfer of $600.00 from General Fund Unallocated Activity, Line Its 101-8920-43199; $375.00 of this is to be transferred to Ger~ral Fund Airport Activity, Line Item 101-1116-43022, and $225.00 is to be transferred to General Pund Airport Activity, Line Item 101- 1116-43059. (Please refer to zesolution file for Resolution %85-115). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, (Dx, Reimann and Schlueter. Motion by Oouncilme~ber Sorteberg and secomtod by Oouncilmember ae_i,~nn to adopt Findings of Fact 0108 for Mr. Bru~e Axtell's request to move a dwelling from Brooklyn Genter to Lot 10, Block 2, High Point Addition. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 0108.) Motion carried. Votin9 Yes: Mayor Heitman, Oouncil~rs Sorteberg, Oox, Reimann and Schlu~tez. Voting No.- None. Motion by Oouncilm~r Oox and seconded by Mayor Hei~an to approve of Mr. Bruoe Axtell's request to move a dwelling from Brooklyn Genter to Lot 10, Block 2, High Point a~tit/on, oontingent upon his entering into a develolment agrc-~nent with the City of Ramsey based on the findings of fact. Mr. Axtell referred to Ite~ %8 of the Developnent Agreement whic~ states all work must be o~pleted by October 15; construcT, ion is usually given 6 months to c~ete and the contractor is requesting more time. Mr. Sdm~/le stated that the Develolment Agreement has been revised to say January 1, 1986 as a (x~pletion date. J. Authorizino Sale Of Bonds For Public Improvements: I Ms. Karen Wermager-Sc~ultz of ~ensen Dodge was l~esent and stated that the time is 9ood foz the sale; the net interest over the 10 year period will be approximately 7.395%.
