Request For Preliminary_ Plat _A~?roval Of Alpaca Estates Third Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Ou[me, surveyor for /~lpaca Estates, was Ixesent. <br /> <br />Mayor Beitman referred to City Engir~er ~_a_atikka's letter dated May 31, 1985, <br />It~ %2, stating that a grading plan has llot been l~ovided. <br /> <br />Mr. l~atikka stated that he received the grading plan on June 25; he has not <br />had an opportunity to review it in detail, but it appears to be acceptable. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine stated that he will make any revisions to the graclin~ plan that Mr. <br />Raatikka de,ms neoessary.
