Voting No: <br />Mayor Heitman, (Duncilmembers Oox and $orteberg. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by (Duncilmember (Dx to direct City Staff <br />to conduct a research on the plan presented and alternatives to what was being <br />presented concerning what negative test results would mean and possible <br />solutions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~z~an, Oouncilm~bers Sorteberg, (Dx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />A. Consideration Of 167th Avenue NW - <br /> <br />(Duncil tabled until July 23, 1985. <br /> <br />B. Lighting Study_ For Central Park - <br /> <br />Gouncil tabled until July 23, 1985. <br /> <br />~ Reducin9 _Speed Limit On 170th Lane NW In Brook View Estates: <br /> <br />Oouncilm~ber (Dx stated that according to Mr. Mevissen's letter, 170th is <br />posted for 30 m.p.h. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the citizens want '(hildren At Play' signs posted; <br />the City does this, the City would have to pay back the State signing grant <br />money it received. <br /> <br />if <br /> <br />Mr. Mevissen ~tated that Brook View's parking lot should be cabled and locked <br />24 hours a day; there are a lot of outsiders o0ming into the park and abusing <br />it. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by (Duncilmember Cox directing Mr. <br />Mevissen to cable and lock Brook View Park. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilme~ber Reimann stated that he does not want to <br />penalize those citizens that use the park during the day. <br /> <br />~mendment by Councilm~mber Reimann and seconded by (Duncilm~nber (Dx to include <br />that Central and Titterud Park also be cabled and that the 3 parks will be <br />locked at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />~mendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, (1)uncilm~nbers Sorteberg, (Dx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
