I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY (I)UNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA GOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City (bunctl conducted a special meeting on Monday, July 29, 1985 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 N~wthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Hei~an <br />Gouncilmamber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Arnie Cex <br />Councilme~ber Gary Reimann <br />Councilmenber Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />~ ~ ORDBR <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the special Gouncil meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Gouncilmenber Reimann noted that the press is not present at this time but he <br />will answer any questions the citizens might have for him. <br /> <br />Citizens present stated that they had no questions to ask as this time. <br /> <br />Councilm~nber (Dx stated that maybe those citizens present are the Ixess. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Beitman noted that Case %3.A (Extension For Filing Final Plat For <br />Meadowbrook Estates) of the July 23 agenda had not been addressed and should <br />have been carried over to this special meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmeaber Reimann stated that this special meeting is to complete the cases <br />from the July 23 agenda and no new cases should be added to the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that Case #2 of this special meeting agenda, Police Union <br />Negotiations, was brought up at the July 23 meeting. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he would like to add two items to this <br />special meeting agenda: a joint powers agreement with the County regarding <br />Azurite Street and the MSA 5 Year Construction Program. <br /> <br />July 29, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
