Ms. Norris stated that Rudy Boschwitz is sending a representative to Ramsey City Hall on Friday, July 19 at 11:30 a.m. to hear Ramsey's concerns and issues. b) Economic and Finance Subcon~nittee Cc~missioners Hardin and Fulta stated that progress is being made on the Mate Punch and Die expansion and municipal sewer needs. c) Publicity Subcommittee No report at this time. presentation By_ Mr. Tom Snell Regarding Anoka County_ Chamber Of Mr. Tun Snell was present and explained that the Anoka County (hamber of Coaz~rce came into existence a few years ago because of a merger between the Blaine, Goon Rapids and Spring Lake Park Oa~nerces. Mr. Snell noted that Andover has just recently joint the organization. Mr. Snell stated that the Anoka County Chamber of C(m~nerce is interested in the economic health and develofment of the entire County; is active in working with and monitoring legislative action. Mr. Snell stated that he is present at this meeting to request that this (km~nission reoo~ that Ramsey join the Anoka Gounty Chamber of (km]nerce. Motion by Oamissioner Muller and seconded by Cc~missioner Vevea that this (lm]nission make a decision whether or not to reco~m~z~ joining the Anoka County Chamber of (km~nerce at the next regular meeting of this Gommission. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chaizman Greenberg, __cm~n__ issioners Muller, Miller, Vevea, Wagner, Hardin and Fults. Voting No: None.
