A meeting on this subject was held with the 3 newsletter coordinators
and city administrators and they Gould foresee no problems as long as there
would be no change in procedures and format of the newsletter.

Councilm~nber Reimann arrived at this time.

Gouncilm~ber Gox stated that the ~h]ication frequency of the newsletter is a
concern; the Charter contains certain things to be published in the newsletter
and the bi-monthly time frame can cause quite a delay for some things to
happen; the lead time for sutmitti~ articles also led to a situation of 'old
news'. Councilm~mber Cox stated that this may be an appropriate time to change
the frequency of the newsletter.
August 13, 1985
