Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COuncilmenber Oox requested that City Engineer Raatikka review the <br />MSA 1986 proposal in the western area of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Case %5: Establishing Budget Preparation Calendar For 1986: <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmenber (Dx to adopt <br />Resolution %85-140 establishing the budget calendar for 1986 Federal Revenue <br />Sharing budget and City's operational budget. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilnmmber Oox to direct City Staff to make every attempt to <br />reduce the mil rate and tax levy for 1986. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that COuncilmenber COx's motion gives Staff an authority <br />they never had and would never want; attempting to reduce the mil rate ar~ tax <br />levy would be more appropriate for COuncil and Budget <k~mit~ to consider. <br /> <br />Case %6: Correction To The Plat Of Oxbow Addition: Case Of John Oliver <br /> And Associates.
