I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> I <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsay City Council was oonducted on Tuesday, August <br />27, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 N~then Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmmber Arnie Cox <br />Councilme~ber A1 Sorteberg <br />Council~ber Gary Reimann <br />Oouncilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Sc2nnelle <br />City Attorney Willim Goodrich <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />City f~gineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Mayor Beitman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and led in the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Beitman introduced the City's new Finance Officer, Mr. Noel Graczyk. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Douglas Fountain - 15255 Garnet Street N~ - Referred to page 14 of August 13 <br />Oo~cil minutes and Councilme~ber Cox's oomments regarding those responsible <br />for a special investigation being called should pick up a portion of the <br />investigation costs. Mr. Fountain su~itted to Gouncil $100 in cash as his <br />fair share of a cost which must be equally borne by O0uncilme~bers Oox, <br />Sorteberg and Reimann. Mr. Fountain stated that if his contribution is not met <br />by Councilmembers Cox, Reimann and Sorteberg by the time of the next council <br />meeting, he would like a refund of his $100. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman received the $100 cash fr~ Mr. Fountain and forwarded it to the <br />Finance Officer Graczyk. <br /> <br />Art Raudio - 1404 South Broadway - Sauk Rapids - Stated that he doesn't feel <br />developers should pay for bond issue monies until they are used. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle - Stated that he has discussed this with Mr. Baudio and the <br /> August 27, 1985 <br /> <br />Page5 of 28 <br /> <br /> <br />
