The Company has violated Minnesota Rules,'Parts 7045.0214, 7045.0215, <br />and 7045.0216 by failing to properly evaluate wastes to determine if they are <br />hazardous. <br /> <br /> 2. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0292, Subpart 1.A. <br />by failing to ship off-site all accumulated hazardous waste within 90 days of <br />the accumulation start date. <br /> <br /> 3. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0292, Subpart 1.B. <br />by failing to have closed containers in good condition and by failing to conduct <br />at 1,~ast weekly inspections of areas where containers are stored. <br /> <br /> · ~. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0292, Subpart 1.E. <br />and F. by failing to have outdoor storage areas protected from unauthorized <br />access and by failing to store containers which hold free liquids on a curbed <br />surf~ce which is impermeable to the waste stored. <br /> <br /> <br />
