The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0566 by failing to <br />maintain and operate the facility to minimize the possibility of an unplanned <br />sudden or nonsudden release to air, land, or water of hazardous waste and to <br />have spill control equipment. <br /> <br /> 6. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0292, Subparts 1.C. <br />and D. by failing to date each container with the accumulation start date and <br />label and mark the containers in accordance wtih 7045.0270, Subparts 1. and 5. <br /> <br /> 7. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7060.0600, Subpart 2 <br />which states, "prohibition against discharge into unsaturated zone. No sewage, <br />industrial waste, other waste, or other pollutants shall be allowed to <br />discharge to the unsaturated zone or deposited in such place, manner or quan- <br />tity that the effluent or residue therefrom, upon reaching the water table, may <br />actually or potentially preclude or limit the use of the underground waters as a <br />potable water supply, nor shall any such discharge or deposit be allowed which <br />may pollute the underground waters. All such possible sources of pollutants <br />shall be monitored at the discharger's expense as directed by the agency." <br /> <br /> ,'~. The Co~'lpany has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0221 by failing to <br /> ,.~;~b~in an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) identification number. <br /> <br /> 'J. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.1020, Subpart A. by <br /> fail i.ng to prepare and submit a d~sclosure and annual rep.}rts ~.~ Anoka County. <br /> <br /> 10. The Company has violated Minnesota Rules, Parts 7045.0292, Subpart <br /> 1.H., 70~15.0558 and 7045,0572 by failing to provide and document the required <br /> pers[~nnel traipsing and to prepare a written contingency plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
