-5- <br /> <br /> 7. ~Purpose of Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to resolve <br />the violations alleged in paragraph A.6. <br /> <br /> B. AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed and stipulated as follows: <br /> <br /> I. Company.. <br /> <br /> a. On or before August 1, 1985, the Company shall submit to the <br /> <br />EPA, Region V, the Notification of Hazardous Waste Activity Form (EPA Form <br />8700-12) to obtain the required generator identification number. <br /> <br /> b. On or before August 1, 1985, the Company shall: <br /> <br /> ) Examine all waste storage containers and repackage the wastes <br />in.to, l~OT..approved ,containers if necessary to prevent leaks or spills. <br /> <br /> (2) Close and properly mark and label all containers of hazardous <br /> <br />waste. ~. <br /> <br /> (3) Provide a storage area for hazardous wastes which meet the <br /> <br /> requirements of ~qinnesota Rules pt. 7045.0292. <br /> <br /> c. On or before August 1, 1985, the Company shall provide adequate <br /> spill control equipment. <br /> <br /> d. On or before September 3, 1985, the Company shall evaluate all <br /> wastes generated including process waste water discharged to the drainfield and <br /> determine their hazardous or nonhazardous nature. <br /> <br /> e. On or before September 3, 1985, the Company shall complete and <br /> submit to the Agency for approval a written proposal from a qualified consultant <br /> to co~duct a study which will address the potential soil and ground water con- <br /> tamin.~tion of tile sump and drainfield area. <br /> <br /> <br />
