I Mr. Berg replied that the City and County will probably not help; there are a lot of people in this same situation; there is not enough wo~ey, equipment and personrml to take care of all the water lxohle~s. As for what to do in the I winter months, keep pu~ping. As long as there is a p~sitive grade (flow) on the pipe, the pipe will not freeze. !
