Councilme~ber Reimann stated that the City did receive an application fr~ a person in the lxivate sector. Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by Councilm~ber COx to request that the Personnel (k~mittee establish a schedule for intervie~ing applicants with no interview being scheduled for earlier than 5:30 p.m. and.. 1) Provide each comcil~ber with a copy Of the City's ad for a city a~inistrator; 2) Provide each councilm~ber with copies of all applicant res~es; 3) Pr(wide each councilms~ber with a copy of the intervi~ schedule. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Gouncilm~bers Sorteberg, Gox, Reimann and Sc~lueter. Voting No: None.
