Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Notice, the Company shall <br />submit to the EPA, Region V, the enclosed Notification of Hazardous Waste <br />Activity Form (EPA Form 8700-12) to obtain the required generator identification <br /> <br />number. <br /> 2. <br /> <br /> Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Notice: <br /> <br /> a. Examine all waste storage containers and repackage the wastes into <br />DOT approved containers if necessary to prevent leaks or spills. <br /> <br /> b. Close and properly mark and label all containers of hazardous <br /> <br />waste. <br /> <br /> c. Provide a storage area for hazardous wastes which meet the <br />requirements of Minnesota Rules, Part 7045.0292. <br /> <br /> 3. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Notice, pruvide adequate <br />spill control equipment. <br /> <br /> ,1.
