Until the Company has obtained a generator identification number, <br />evaluated all waste streams, prepared manifests and the license application is <br />approved by the county and the MPCA, no hazardous waste should be shipped <br />off-site. <br /> <br /> In addition, the Company will be required to submit to the MPCA for approval <br />a written proposal from a qualified consultant to conduct a study which will <br />address the potential soil and ground water contamination of the sump and drain <br />field area. A detailed schedule regarding this requirement shall be included in <br />the stipulation agreement which is discussed in the cover letter ~to this Notice <br /> <br />of Violation. <br /> ., <br /> <br /> NOTICE <br /> <br />THEREFORE, you are hereby given notice that these violations have been <br />recorded by the MPCA.
