These concentrations will be decreased as a result of volatilization, dilution with domestic discharges, biological degredation and absorbtion. Taking into account the low volume of wastewater discharged by Waltek, Inc. during the year, volatilation of the organics during transport from the site to the drain field, the impact of dilution, absorption, and bacterial degradation of these contaminants coming into contact with the soil it does not appear that this wastewater stream would have an adverse impact on the soil or groundwater. Now that all hazardous wastestreams at Waltek, Inc. nave bee~ identified PACE Laboratories, Inc. will initiate the development of prepareness and prevention plans, contingency plans, emergency procedures and personnel training programs in order to comply witl~ the hazardous waste regulations.
