Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Council Secretary referred to page 17 of yet unapproved December 11, 1984 Council meeting minutes and stated that in researching her notes she does not find that a vote was taken on Councilmember Sorteberg's motion to request the County to deed back excess property for the proposed bridge crossing right-of- way to the property owner. Council consensus is to table approval of December 11, 1984 Council meeting minutes until Council's first meeting in February, at which time City Attorney should make a recommendation as to course of action. NOTE B~%RD AND (3~MMISSI~ET~ MIhrdTES 1) Regular Economic Develounent Commission Meeting Minutes Dated December 12, 1984 - Mayor Hei~an stated that these minutes reflect progress being made on City brochure and that brochure should be brought up for Council review prior to going to print. Councilmember Cox referred to Mayor Heitman's concern regarding obtaining reports from the various commissions and stated that the minutes are all available and the Mayor has the same opportunity as others, to visit and sit in on the commission meetings. Mayor Heitman replied that it is also within his purview to request progress reports from the commissions. Councilmember Schlueter stated that she did attend this particular meeting of the EDC, agreed that it would be to Council's benefit to see the brochure before going to print and stated that there are a lot of good ideas going into the brochure. Mayor Heitman noted that in these EDC minutes, the City Attorney was requested to make an assessment of charter requirements; requested that the City Attorney provide him with a copy of that assessment. Mayor Heitman inquired if EDC's annual report has been prepared. Mr. Schnelle replied that it has and that the report is included in tonight's agenda.
