! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman noted that EDC was to prepare a letter of Ramsey's EDC concerns <br />for submittal to local legislators at a meeting that was supposed to have been <br />held January 10, 1985 at Greenhaven; inquired if that letter was ever <br />prepared and when it is he would like to be provided a copy of same. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris replied that the Greenhaven meeting was cancelled and the letter <br />was not prepared; the meeting has been rescheduled for January 31 and a letter <br />will be prepared for that meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle referred back to Mayor l~eitman's earlier inquiry regarding an <br />annual report from the EDC and stated what is included in tonight's agenda is <br />not EDC's annual report but a statement of goals and that he will put the <br />annual report issue on EDC's next agenda. Mr. Schnelle stated that it would <br />be good for all commissions to submit annual reports. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that the EDC discussed the annual report and the <br />consensus was not to consume a lot of staff time on this annual report and <br />submit a concise statement of goals and how those goals are planned to be <br />acoomplished. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that he would like to see more detailed information than <br />what was submitted. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that Senator Dahl has a history of cancelling <br />meetings and requested that Ms. Norris inform Mr. Dahl that another <br />cancellation would not be viewed favorably. <br /> <br />3) Quad Cities Cable Communications Commission Meeting Minutes Dated December <br /> 20, 1984 - <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that Group W wants to cut back on concessions <br />promised and he and Jack Beissel will be discussing the issue with Mr. <br />Schnelle. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing Meeting Minutes Dated <br />January 15, 1985 Regarding Mr. Allan Johnson's Conditional Use Permit <br />Request - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing Meeting Minutes Dated <br />January 15, 1985 Regarding River's Bend Properties' Request For <br />Preliminary Plat Approval - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />6) Regular Planning and Zoning Con~nission Meeting Minutes Dated January 15, <br /> 1985 - <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman requested Mr. Raatikka explain his oomment on page 4 regarding <br />allowing Northfork develol:ment plan could open up entire City to development. <br /> <br />January 22, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 7 of 30 <br /> <br /> <br />
