I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that Northfork proposes 1 unit/5 acres which is not in <br />compliance with the Comprehensive Plan of 1 unit/10 acres; allowing what <br />Northfork proposes oould require amending the Comprehensive Plan and allowing <br />this density of develol~ent throughout the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter referred to page 2 of these minutes regarding mobile <br />home as temporary use and inquired if mobile homes were not taken off City <br />books in 1984. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that in this particular case the mobile home is to be used <br />for office space which is a different situation; the City does have an <br />ordinance on the books regarding residential mobile homes which addresses <br />length, width, etc. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman requested that Ms. Norris keep Council informed as to the <br />density issue being studied as a result of Northfork's proposed development. <br /> <br />AND. COMMU~~S <br /> <br />Council noted the following: <br /> <br />1) Court order dated November 8, 1984; IV Star Properties vs. P & B Corpora- <br />tion. <br /> <br />2) Letter dated November 29, 1984 from City Attorney Goodrich to Mr. James <br />Gilbertson regarding on-sale liquor license for JR's Saloon. <br /> <br />3) Letter dated November 29, 1984 from City Attorney Goodrich to Paul and <br />Bill, Inc. regarding on-sale liquor license for Discount 10 Liquor. <br /> <br />4) Letter dated November 29, 1984 from City Attorney Goodrich to SJS, Inc. <br />regarding on-sale liquor license for Ji~,,Lg B's American Cafe and Lounge. <br /> <br />5) Letter dated December 4, 1984 from City Engineer Raatikka to the Department <br />of the Army regarding nationwide permits. <br /> <br />6) Letter dated December 6, 1984 from City Engineer Raatikka to Mr. C.
