Mayor Heitman stated that there were negative oomments made by citizens at the public meetings held so far; those should be included in the master plan. a) City Administrator - Mr. Schnelle reviewed his report with the Council; the report was included in the agenda. b) Building Official - In addition to his report included in the agenda, Mr. Berg added that he has been contacted by developer/owners of Flintwood II and they will be moving forward; they want to ~hase their develognent, putting in all streets and utilities, but not platting all lots. c) Police O~ief - Council noted. d) City Engineer - Mr. Raatikka stated that River's Bend is scheduled for completion in May. Ramsey's 1985 MSA funds will be $370,000+; 149th Avenue in River's Bend and Dysposium Street in Flintwood II are designated for MSA Fund use. _CjI~U_~£~L BUSIN~_S a) Revenue And Expenditure Report And Cash Flow Report - Council noted. b) Certificate Of Conformance - Council noted that Ramsey has received the Certificate of Conformance for 1983. Mr. Schnelle stated that all of the City's departments are doing very well and that the City's Finance Department is the most important factor in a city. People measure a city by how strongly it's finances are in order. A bad financial situation really hurts a city and Ramsey has not only managed to stay away from that, but way above it, which is proven in attaining these Certificates of Conformance. Mr. Schnelle added that Ramsey prepares it's own financial statements which are examined by auditors. Mayor Heitman congratulated Ms. Haapala, Mr. Schnelle and City Staff.
