Page Two
Ms. Anne Norris
April 17, 19F~5

The first phase of development contemplates platting 50 single family lots and
the construction of a public roadway from T.H. 10 to Jarvis on the northwest.
The remaining land will be platted as outlots for future use and subdivision.
Construction of this phase is planned for 1985 with subsequent phases occurring
as the market demands. Optimistic projections anticipate completion of the
residential development in a 4 year period.

As the development proceeds through preliminary plat review and into final plat
and final design, every effort will be made to keep you informed of the project
status and the objectives being sought. Every reasonable effort is being
considered to provide quality and a positive image to the plans. The design of
the subdivision was based on providing a pleasant drive through the area and
creating the optimal number of desirable lots.

It is believed that the subsequent marketing programs combined with the apparent
quality and value of this proposal will encourage a high quality housing product,
a pleasant living environment and produce a positive image in this area of
Ramsey.

We will continue to provide the City with additional details as they are avail-
able and look forward to the successful completion of this development.

Sincerely,

GAIR & ASSO£IATE$

Michael d.
