Page Two <br />Ms. Anne Norris <br />April 17, 19F~5 <br /> <br />The first phase of development contemplates platting 50 single family lots and <br />the construction of a public roadway from T.H. 10 to Jarvis on the northwest. <br />The remaining land will be platted as outlots for future use and subdivision. <br />Construction of this phase is planned for 1985 with subsequent phases occurring <br />as the market demands. Optimistic projections anticipate completion of the <br />residential development in a 4 year period. <br /> <br />As the development proceeds through preliminary plat review and into final plat <br />and final design, every effort will be made to keep you informed of the project <br />status and the objectives being sought. Every reasonable effort is being <br />considered to provide quality and a positive image to the plans.
