In addition, all riparian lots <br />will accommodate the 200 foot setback requirements. <br /> <br />With respect to utilities, all lots will accommodate on-site soil absorption <br />systems persuant to ordinance requirements, and private wells will supply water. <br /> <br />All storm drainage, erosion control and ponding facilities design will be <br />reviewed by the City Engineer. Later phases of the platting, identified on the <br />Future Plat Additions Plan as Additions 9, 10, and 11, will also include land <br />enhancement work involving the creation of a small lake area in the rear of the <br />proposed lots.
