Absent: Commissioners Kennen, <br />LaDue and Johnson. <br /> <br />Sketch Plan Review: Case Of Kovar,s Pro_posed Plat Aloha Highway <br /> <br />Mr. Baker, the realtor for this property was present. <br /> <br />~he Commission reviewed City Engineer Raatikka's letter dated DecOr 4, 1984 <br />regarding the sketch plan. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding accesses to the parcels; that the State }tigbway <br />Department would have to review the plat for access; and the proposed service <br />road proposed to run parallel to the railroad tracks for which easements have <br />been obtained. <br /> <br />(km~ission consensus was to allow temporary access on the west oorner of the <br />plat. <br /> <br />Oommission consensus is to recommend that in order to get construction of the <br />service road, the owner and developer of the property petition City Council <br /> <br />Page 9 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
