This definitions shall apply only to <br />Sections (RB-la and RI-la) of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Public Sewer: Municipal sanitary sewerage facilities <br />cor~nected to an interceptor sewer or sewage treatment <br />facility provided by the Metropolitan Sewer Board. <br /> <br />Public Uses: Uses owned or operated by municipal, school <br />districts, county, state or other governmental units. <br /> <br />Public Waters: Any waters of the State which serve a <br />beneficial public purpose, as defined in Minnesota Statutes <br />1974, Section 105.37, Subdivision 6, not including, however, <br />a lake, pond or flowage of less than 10 acres in size or a <br />river or stream having a total drainage area of less than <br />two (2) square miles. In addition, bodies of water created <br />by private users, where there was no previous shoreland (for <br />a designated private use authorized by the Commissioner of <br />Natural Resources) shall also be considered not public <br />waters and thus exempt from the provisions of Section <br />of this Ordinance.
