The <br />official size of lakes, ponds or flowages shall be the areas <br />listed in the Division of Waters, Soils and Minerals <br />Bulletir~ 25, An Inventory of Minnesota Lakes, or in the <br />ever~t that lakes, por~ds or flowages are r:ot listed thereir~, <br />official determinatior~ of size and physical limits shall be <br />made by the Commissioner in cooperation with the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Public Waters - General Development: Those waters whose <br />shores are generally characterized by industrial, commercial <br />or high density residential development. <br /> <br />Public Waters - Recreational Development: Those waters <br />whose shores are generally characterized by medium density <br />residential development with or without limited service- <br />oriented commercial develop~ent. <br /> <br />Public Waters - Natural Environ~ent: Those waters whose <br />shores are generlaly characterized by low density, single- <br />faultily residential development. <br /> <br />Quadraminium: A single structure which contains four <br />separately owned dwelling units, all of which have <br />individually separate entrances. <br /> <br />Reach: A hydraulic engineering term to describe <br />longitudinal segment of a stream or river influenced by a <br />natural or mar, made obstruction. In ar, urban area, the <br />seg~er~t of a stream or river between two (2) consecutive <br />bridge crossings would most typically constitute a reach. <br /> <br />Recreation~ Field or Buildinq: An area of land, water, or <br />any building in which amusement, recreation or athletic <br />sports are provided for public or semi-public use, whether <br />te~,~porary or permanent, except a theatre, whether provision <br />is ~ade for the accommodation of an assembly or not.
