MRB Multiple Residential and Business: The intent of this district is to acco~odate mid-density residential hous- ing~ offices and persor~al businesses, all intended to act as a periphery to the B-1 district. B-1 Business District: The intent of this district is to acco~odate general com~ercial activities. I-1 Ir~dustrial District: The intent of this district is to acco~m~date ger~eral industrial activity. RB-la Rural Business District: The intent of this district is to per,nit certain restricted business uses in areas outside of the City's u~-ban sewer service area. RI-la Rural Industrial District: The intent of this dis- trict is to permafit certain restricted industrial uses ir~ areas outside of the City's urban sewer service area. PUD Planned Unit Develop~ent: The intent of this district is to allow for flexibility in density and usage. A Agriculture: The intent of this district is to acco~- rm~_,date agricultural uses and property in the City. MAP The boundaries of the zortir[g districts and developt~ent areas area delineated on the Official Zoning Map which is hereby adopted by referer;ce and declared to be a part of this ordinance. Such map shall be on permanent file and available for public inspection in City Hall. It shall be the respor[sibility of the zoning officer to t[~aintair, arid keep the map up to date and to record each at~end~,~er~t thereto within 30 days after official publication of the ordir[ar[ce adopting the amendt;~ent.
