I I i I I I I i I I I I I I I I I ZONING DISTRICTS DISTRICT AND DEVELOPMENT AREA BOUNDARIES Distr~ct and development area bour~daries shown within the lines of roads, streams, and transportation rights-of-way shall be deemed to follow the centerlines. The vacation of roads shall not affect the location of such district or development area bou~,da~-ies. When the zoning officer cant, ct definitely detern~ine the location of a district or development area boundary by such centerlines, by the scale or dimer, sior, s stated on the zoning map, or by the fact that it clearly coir, cides with a property line, he shall refuse action, and the Board of Adjustment, upon appeal, shall interpret the location of the district or development area boundary with reference to the scale of the zoning map and the purposes set forth in all relevant provisions of this ordinance. When a district or development area boundary line divides a lot of record into two or more districts or ir, to both development areas, any portion of the lot within fifty feet of such divisior, may be used for any use of either dist~-ict or development area as approved by the Bnard of Adjust~,~er, t. DEVELOPMENT AREAS In addition to being divided into zoning districts, the City is aisc, divided into two development areas shown by the boundaries on the Zor, ing Map. These development areas are: a. 1990 Urban Area: This area includes that portion of the City which may receive municipal utilities before 1990. b. Run-al Service Area: This area includes that portion of the City which will not be considered for municipal utilities until after 1990.
