Arty violatior~ of this ordirrance may be enjoined by the City <br />Cour~cil through proper legal chanr~els. Each day a violation is <br />perr~itted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />In case arty building, structure, or land is proposed to be <br />erected, reconstructed, altered, converted, ~aintained or used <br />in violation of this ordinance, the City Council, in additior~ to <br />other re~edies, ~ay institute in the name <br />of the City of Ramsey any appropriate action or proceedir~g to <br />prever~t, restrain, correct or abate such building, structure, or <br />land, or to prever~t, in or about such premises, any act, conduct, <br />business, or use constituting a vioilation. <br /> <br /> <br />
