Each unit of three or more dwelling unit structures shall have an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that contain r, ot less than 240 square feet per unit. The surfaces of parkir.g stalls, aisles, ar.d access driveways shall be blacktop, cor,crete or other hard surface ar.d pro- perly maintained for adequate and shall be kept free from dust, dirt and mud. Proper mairr,ter.ar.ce ir.cludes keepir.g the blacktop, concrete or other surface ir, good conditior, and free from chuck-holes and other types of surface cracks and breakage. The entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access driveways shall be curbed with six ir,ch high curbing of poured concrete.
