This site <br />plan review also includes any additions to existir~g co~,~mercial, <br />industrial, or multiple dwelling unit buildings. The site plan <br />shall be to scale and shall include: <br /> - location of all existing ar, d proposed structures ar, d <br /> their uses; <br /> - location of refuse containers; <br /> - location of outdoor storage; <br /> - loading; <br /> - landscaping; <br /> - screening; <br /> - ingress and egress to property from public right-of-way;B00] <br /> - lighting; <br /> - parking; <br /> - location of any ease~ents and their purposes; <br /> - drainage; <br /> - front, rear, and side yard setbacks; <br /> - other pertinent ir, format ion. <br /> <br />The Plar, ning Co~missior, shall review the site plan of the <br />proposed structure(s) or addition. The Planning Comn~issior, will <br />als,_-, review the proposed design plan(to include <br />the architecture, n~aterials to be used in construction, etc.) to <br />determine whether the proposal will conform to the aesthetics of <br />the surrounding area. The Planning Comn~ission will subn~it its <br />reco~nmendations to the City Council. Once the City Council has <br />reviewed and approved the site and design plans for the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />
