The plat consists of <br />approximately 6 acres to be divided into six approximately one <br />acre lots. CURT KUMMAIA <br /> <br />Mr. Kummala is proposing to construct a recreational facility on <br />approximately three acres at the northwest corner of the <br />intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Industry Avenue. Mr. <br />Kummala presently owns the Iron Works Gym located on the <br />southwest corner of this intersection. ~lqe proposed facility is <br />an expansion of the existing .c~. ~e City Council at its <br /> <br /> <br />
