Mr. Kummala will be at the meeting to present a sketch plan of the facility. CASE ~3: DISCUSSION REGARDING I~LIC HEARING (~3IDELINES Enclosed in (D2-c) are public hearing guidelines that Ben Deemer and Gerry Zimmerman received at a zoning seminar on January 29, 1985. For your comparison, also enclosed are those guidelines approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission for inclusion with all P & Z public hearing notices. Commission Action: Your action will be based on any discussion you may have on these guidelines. CASE #4: INFORMATION: ORDINANCES USING PERFORMANCE ZONING For your information, enclosed in (D2-d) are several ordinances which use performance standards to determine where various uses are permitted rather than using traditional zoning districts to locate uses. Commission Action: Your action will be based on whatever discussion you have on these ordinances. CASE #5: DISCUSSION,REGARDING RECODIFICATION OF ZONING Enclosed as "Exhibit A" is a revised draft of the zoning ordinance. Please note that words that are ~ have been added and w~rds that have been crossed out have been deleted. These changes are the results of discussions during the work sessions. CASE #6: SET NEXT MEETINg. DATE FOR WOR~..SESSION You may wish to set up a work schedule and deadline for completing the recodification of the zoning ordinance. following schedule is suggested for your consideration.
